Tip # 4: You Gotta Move!

Exercise of some form should be part of everyone's lives. Most of us sit at a desk all day long and never get our hearts pumping. There are fullness of ways to get quality rehearsal without having to spend in a gym. You can walk, run, do sit ups, join a sports team, play with the kids or dog.
